Troubleshooting

Fixes for the errors you are most likely to see.

402 INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS

The balance cannot cover the maximum possible cost of the call (estimate plus a 15% margin). Top up on auth.thundera.eu/billing, or lower max_tokens.

422 MODEL_DISABLED

The model is not enabled. Pick one from Models.

429 RATE_LIMITED

Wait for Retry-After seconds. The limit is per user: 60 requests per minute, burst 10.

401 on a call that worked yesterday

The API key was revoked, or the browser session expired. In the app, the session refreshes by itself; if the Thundera session was revoked you must sign in again. Network errors never sign you out.

A parameter seems ignored

Check swarm.dropped_params in the response: some models reject temperature or reasoning settings and Swarm retries without them.

A balance looks lower than expected

Open Usage: reserved calls hold credits until they settle; stale reservations are refunded within 15 minutes.

Download is unavailable

The release manifest could not be read (503). Try again shortly; if it persists, send feedback from the app or contact support.
